The Valuing Independence Project (VIP) is a personalised service which supports clients to maintain their independence, establish peer networks and take part in social activities. Currently based in two hubs: Nubian Life (London W12) and 

St Vincent's House Care Home (London W6). The project is particularly aimed at those in the Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush areas who do not meet the Fair Access to Care criteria and rarely take part in organised activities. 

 

The service and activities offered are preventative and encourage residents to access social company and peer support to participate in a range of activities enabling them to remain active, healthy and independent.

With membership costing £1 a month you will have access to numerous activities across the borough, you will have the support of a hub volunteer and be able to take part in something that is tailored to your personal needs and aspirations.
